ARE ALL PRODUCTS HANDMADE? 

Our products have been designed by us in collaboration with our master craftsmen and women.

All products are handmade in Morocco.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

You can pay with: PayPal or a Visa or Mastercard credit card

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you haven't yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@madeinmorocco.ca.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

 

Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at sales@madeinmorocco.ca and send your item to 15-4600 boulevard Pie IX, Montreal, H1X 2B5, Quebec.

 

Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 15-4600 boulevard Pie IX, Montréal,H1X 2B5, Québec.
You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $90, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
